1. Cargo and Shipment Assurance
All your orders are in secure and discreet packages. The courier or cargo company carrying out the transport does not know the content of the product. The required information is written on the box of your products.
2.Shipment
Except for the products specified as fast shipping, if your order arrives outside of working hours, it will be loaded in the first 5 (five) working days following the order. In order for the products to be shipped to you, the necessary payment procedures for the products must be completed by you.
3.Privacy
Your signature is only required at the time of delivery so that we can track your receipt of your products. If you are not at the address when the cargo arrives, do not worry. The address of the place where you need to receive your cargo will be left as a note on your door. If you cannot receive your cargo, your order will be shipped back to us after approximately 1 (one) week.
4. Delivery and Pricing
The products are sent with the contracted cargo companies of our company and no extra shipping fee is paid. Shipping cost is included in the product price.
5. Basket Contents and Delivery Time
Depending on your region, order delivery times may vary. Your order will be shipped within 10 days at the latest.
Return Policy
You can return a product you have purchased from our site within 14 days, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, by using your right of withdrawal. 19 Mayis Mah. You can return the product by filling in the return section at the bottom of your invoice within 10 days from the date of exercising your right of withdrawal, and returning the product with your invoice to the Yurtiçi Cargo branch in your location, and for accessories, to the Aras Cargo branch in your location. The cost of the product you return will be refunded to your credit card at once, within 14 days, including delivery costs.
If the invoice of the product you want to return is corporate, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. The return invoice should be issued without including the cargo share (in the form of product unit price + VAT). Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued. Returns must be made with the original box or packaging. You must send the original invoice with the return form filled in, along with the product you want to return. If one of the promotional or campaign products is returned, the promotion or campaign conditions will be eliminated. Non-promotional price is applied for non-refundable product.
After your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant departments and approved for its return.
